The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Supplier means Printful Inc., SPOD, and Printify, our chosen dropship Goods providers.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Once an Order has been marked as "Being Fulfilled" by the Supplier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

In order to exercise your right to cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by filling out the contact form here: https://www.anglicanprovince.shop/contact

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days after We receive your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

We use Printful Inc., SPOD, and Printify as Our dropship suppliers. Since orders are made on demand, We can only accept returns for the following reasons:

1. The Goods were damaged or mislabeled

We do not accept returns for any other reason including, but not limited to:

1. Buyer's Remorse

2. Size Exchanges

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURNING GOODS

Please contact Us prior to sending your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please return Goods to the return shipping label on your original package. If your original package isn't available, a return address will be provided upon request.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.
